Grow Watauga Helps Delivery Holiday Meals

Grow Watauga, in cooperation with WAMY, Publix, and Ricochet Creative Productions, was proud to help deliver 115 Thanksgiving meals to area families.

"These meals not only brought nourishment to these families for the holidays, but also gave them a sense of relief since they no longer had to worry about the days ahead," WAMY stated. "Each family was incredibly grateful to receive this blessing."

We are so proud to be associated with the donating agencies who worked so hard to give back to the community. Go Team!

Grow Watauga Earns 2020 Healthy Food System Award

Grow Watauga was honored to receive the 2020 Health Food System Award from Watauga County Cooperative Extension and the Watauga Food Council!

This award is given at the Farm City Banquet to any person or organization that advances our local food system in a way that improves the health of our community by working to cultivate collaborations.

We are so grateful and proud to be selected, and look forward to working on more collaborations in future!
