2022 Skill-Share Series

Grow Watauga is proud to support the Watauga Food Council's Skill-Share Series. The Watauga Food Council offers one new community skill share per month.

In March/April of 2022 we offered a group workshop and cooking skill-share.  Participants swapped recipes and voted on five dinner meals to prepare.  Then they worked together to cook the meals.  All participants left with five family meals to serve the following week or freeze for later use!

Our May 2022 skill-share was a bucket garden workshop. Participants created their own self-watering garden from buckets, and got to take home a garden and a variety of tomatoes and basil!
